New Incorporation in Zwolle

Legal Merger GB and CAN
On June 1, 2021 Dichtomatik Ltd. based in Derby, UK, legally merged with Freudenberg Sealing Technologies Ltd. and the first transatlantic SAIL integration was simultanous with Dichtomatik Canada, Inc. in Markham, Ontario.
Legal Merger in Italy
Last year, four European Dichtomatik sites were already merged with the respective Freudenberg companies with uniform processes and IT landscapes . More sites will follow this year beginning with the site in Italy on March 1.
New Incorporation in Hamburg
Since February 1, 2021, our Hamburg site is operating under the name Freudenberg Industrial Services GmbH and is legally identical with the former Dichtomatik Vertriebsgesellschaft für technische Dichtungen m. b. H.
