Legal Merger in Great Britain and Canada

As of June 1, 2021, our sites in the UK and Canada have merged with or into existing Freudenberg companies in their respective regions. You can find all information about the SAIL integration and the special feature in Canada here.

Dichtomatik Ltd, based in Derby, UK, transferred its business activities as of 1st June, to the legal entity Freudenberg Sealing Technologies Ltd which already has sites in North Shields, Blackburn and Rugby. The first transatlantic SAIL integration was with Dichtomatik Canada, Inc. in Markham, Ontario. This company has been operating under the name Freudenberg-NOK, Inc. (FNOK) since June 1, 2021 and is thus part of the joint venture between Freudenberg and NOK.

As part of the integration into Freudenberg, the two former Dichtomatik sites successfully introduced the SAP ERP system, related standard processes and additional business tools used by Freudenberg around the globe. The customers can now access the EASY online ordering platform where they can view products from both brands, see up to date stock availability and place orders directly online.
