Change of Incorporation

Effective as of February 1st, 2021, "Dichtomatik Vertriebsgesellschaft für technische Dichtungn m. b. H" has changed the name into Freudenberg Industrial Services GmbH. After finalizing legal and formal steps the changes have been noted in the commercial register and are hence in force with immediate effect. As Freudenberg Industrial Services GmbH is the legal successor of Dichtomatik Vertriebsgesellschaft für technische Dichtungen m. b. H, all rights and obligations are retained. Most important for you: the operational business and your current contacts have not changed. Management and organizational structures as well as the support from sales and service teams will remain the same. Our addresses, telephone numbers, VAT ID, DUNS-number and banking information will remain unchanged.

In the future, we will use @fst.com e-mail addresses – old Dichtomatik addresses will still be available and will be redirected to the new e-mail addresses. We have also changed the Dichtomatik website to dichtomatik.fst.com to symbolize the affiliation of the Dichtomatik product brand to Freudenberg Sealing Technologies – company-related information can be found on www.fst.com.

What is new: We will debit/issue all deliveries and services as Freudenberg Industrial Services GmbH with immediate effect and we kindly ask you to use the new company name for any further business correspondences. In case of any question, your familiar contacts will be available for you. You can also use the contact opportunities on our websites.
