RFN™ (Reduced Friction by Nanotechnology) treatment is a proprietary process applied to elastomeric sealing components to reduce their coefficient of friction (COF). This treatment enhances abrasion resistance, maintains sealing performance, and resists aggressive fluids without compromising the elastomer's properties. Freudenberg Sealing Technologies offers this treatment, which significantly reduces static COF and improves performance in applications requiring low stiction and long service life.
