D-JACK Seals

D-Jack seals are designed for all piston applications, offering friction optimization for dry-lubricated pistons. They feature PTFE and elastomer materials, providing benefits like low initial breakaway torque, low friction, and resistance to gap extrusion. Installation is similar to O-rings and is direction-independent. The seals accommodate various geometries and sizes, minimizing friction differences. Testing data is provided, but users are responsible for full-scale testing.
