We offer individualized quality inspections and numerous quality certificates.

We pursue a zero-defect strategy and strive for consistent quality management at the highest level. In addition, we offer you individualized quality inspections, such as manual visual inspection or fully automated, camera-supported 100% inspection.

Frequently required quality certificates complete the quality management. All measures and documents are always tailored to our products and your requirements. Our experts will be happy to consult you on this.

Available certificates are for example:

Initial sample inspection reports
PPAP documentation of various levels (e.g. Level 3)
Certificates of conformity according to EN 10204-2

Certificates

Certificates about environmental protection, quality, workplace safety and health protection, as well as process safety.

FST always works at the highest quality level and in compliance with current standards. Environmental protection, quality, occupational health and safety, ensuring the repeatability of processes - compliance with all these requirements is tested and certified by neutral institutions. Here you will find an overview of our current certificates.

IMDS Entry

Entry of Freudenberg products in the IMDS.

The IMDS is the material data system of the automotive industry. In the IMDS, all materials used in the production of cars are collected, maintained, analyzed and archived. By using the IMDS, it is possible to fulfill the obligations imposed on car manufacturers and their suppliers by national and international standards, laws and regulations. Freudenberg products can of course also be entered in the IMDS if they are installed in automotive applications. Speak to your known contact person or use our contact form.

Dual Use

We provide you with all product information for an export application.

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies is only supporting civil and commercial applications of our products and does not deliver to military applications.

But for the export of goods that can be used both for civil and military purposes (“dual use”), we will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information regarding your orders.

A dual use export license is required for all countries outside the EU, in rare cases also within the EU.
