40th International Vienna Motor Symposium
In May, the Austrian Society of Automotive Engineers is extending invitations to an anniversary event: the 40th International Vienna Motor Symposium. Once again, the gathering is expected to draw more than 1,000 industry decision-makers.
The event will focus on current developments in engine and drivetrain development, including topics and trends relating to fuel cells, hydrogen and infrastructure, renewable fuels, the electrification of the drivetrain/hybrid technology, CO2 reduction and fleet fuel consumption, exhaust treatment, new legislation, as well as autonomous driving/connectivity. During the two-day event, the latest innovations and approaches will be discussed and presented in lectures and at the accompanying technical exhibition.
When the conversation turns to innovative approaches in the auto sector, the sealing solutions of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) often come up for discussion. FST, which produces seals of nearly every size and for nearly every area of application, is a supplier to all the major auto and commercial vehicle manufacturers. The seals can be integrated seamlessly into the latest vehicle developments. This is also the case for electric mobility. FST is already involved in the future of mobility with its two-component parts, flat seals and Plug & Seals for batteries. Even “classic” sealing solutions such as mechanical seals and Simmerrings are indispensable to electric vehicles.
Freudenberg’s experts look forward to your visit.
